ADVANCED CAMPS FOR GOALIES AND PLAYERS

Designed for Jr. and Sr. Rep players

  • Advanced program for players and goalies
  • Emphasis on skills and conditioning

Program includes:

3 ½ hrs on the ice:

  • 2 hrs training
  • ½ hr stick handling and
  • 1 hr scrimmage

1 ½ hrs dryland training:

  • 1 hr weight and cardio training in gym
  • ½ hr stretching

Location: On Ice Goaltending School

When: Weeks of August 18-22 and August 25-29

Drop off time: Between: 8:00am-8:30am

Pick up time: 4:00pm-4:30

Cost for the week (5days): $400.00 + GST

Cost for daily bookings: $95 + GST
Lunch and snacks not provided

FUN CAMPS FOR GOALIES AND PLAYERS

Designed for beginners, young players & house league

  • Program for players and goalies
  • Emphasis on skills in the morning and
    non structured 2 on 2 scrimmage in the afternoon

Program includes:

3 ½ hrs on the ice:

  • 2 hrs training
  • ½ hr stick handling and
  • 1 hr scrimmage

1 ½ hrs dryland training (no weights):

  • 1 hr strength and cardio training in gym
  • ½ hr stretching

Location: On Ice Goaltending School

When: Weeks of July 7-12, July 14-18 and July 21-25

Drop off time: Between: 8:00am-8:30am

Pick up time: 4:00pm-4:30

Cost for the week (5days): $300.00 + GST

Cost for daily bookings: $75 + GST

ELITE CAMP (HIGH INTENSITY)

FOR GOALIES AND PLAYERS

Designed for 14 yrs to JR. A

4 Goalies and 6 players max.

  • Advanced program for players and goalies
  • Emphasis on skills and game speed conditioning

Program includes:

3 ½ hrs on the ice:

  • 2 hrs training
  • ½ hr stick handling and
  • 1 hr scrimmage

1 ½ hrs dryland training:

  • 1 hr weight and cardio training in gym
  • ½ hr stretching

Location: On Ice Goaltending School

When: Weeks of July 7-12, July 14-18 and July 21-25

Drop off time: Between: 8:00am-8:30am

Pick up time: 4:00pm-4:30

Cost for the week (5days): $600.00 + GST

Tryout New Equipment
