FUN CAMPS

Designed for beginners, young players & house league

• Skills instruction for skaters and goalies
• Emphasis on skills in the morning and
  non structured 2 on 2 scrimmage in the afternoon

Program includes:

3 ½ hrs on the ice:

1 ½ hrs dryland training (no weights):

Location: On Ice Goaltending School

When:Weekly from July 6 to August 31

Drop off time: Between: 8:00am-8:30am

Pick up time: 4:00pm-4:30

Cost for the week (5days): $300.00 + HST

Cost for daily bookings: $75 + HST
Lunch and snacks not provided

ADVANCED CAMPS

Designed for Jr. and Sr. Rep players

• Advanced program for players and goalies
• Emphasis on skills and conditioning

Program includes:

3 ½ hrs on the ice:

1 ½ hrs dryland training:

ELITE CAMP

Designed for 14 yrs to JR. A

4 Goalies and 6 players max.

• Advanced program for players and goalies
• Emphasis on skills and game speed conditioning

Program includes:

3 ½ hrs on the ice:

1 ½ hrs dryland training:

Location: On Ice Goaltending School

When:1 week only August 9th to the 13th

Drop off time: Between: 8:00am-8:30am

Pick up time: 4:00pm-4:30

Cost for the week (5days): $600.00 + HST
