Sessions A , B & C beginning first week of June.

Session A ends Tuesday August 24/10

Session B ends Wednesday August 25/10

Session C ends Thursday August 26/10

Elite Summer Development Goalie Program

The program includes 12 weeks of instruction.
2 hours at On Ice every week.
1 hour on the full ice rink

1 hour on the main goalie rink
24 hours of on ice instruction total.

On Ice Sessions

Full ice sessions will emphasize power skating drills to improve speed, strength, stamina

and mobility in the net as well as a focus on puck handling skills, instructed by Matt Clark
Main rink will be a full hour of puck drills
There are 12 weeks of the program, We will allow two weeks for holiday,

2 classes can be made up through elite or semi private lessons

Lessons and Extras

All lessons will be 2 hours long
There will be a maximum of 3 goalies for Sr advanced and 4 goalies for Sr and Jr
Lessons also include break away rallies
game situation drills, goalie competitions and scrimmages.

All goalies will have access to the On Ice fitness center for the duration of the program.
We will set up a fitness program for $50.00 upon request.

PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Summer 2010

·Private lessons designed to allow for personal instruction and detailed feedback of your skill development

· 55 minute lessons, 5 minutes evaluation

-Goal setting, skill identification and progress reports

· 12 week program, 1 hour ice per week, 1 goalie per hour

10 private lessons June-Aug. to identify and develop skills

2 groups lessons in Sept. as a preseason warmup

Objectives

· Identify the strengths and weaknesses in your game, and create personalized lessons

to focus on specific areas, developing your overall ability as a goalie

· Goalies will receive detailed reports on their progress, outlining areas of their game

to work on, and strong aspects to build around

· Beneficial for goalies of all ages and levels as lessons are designed to the

individual skills of each student

Location: On Ice Goaltending School, Small Rink

When: June 1 to August 31, Mon-Fri Evenings
