March Break Hockey Camp 2012

  • Program for players and goalies of all ages and skill levels
  • Emphasis on skills in the morning and
    non structured 2 on 2 scrimmage in the afternoon

                         Program Includes:                     

3 ½ hrs of on ice instruction

  • 2 hrs training
  • ½ hr stick handling and puck control (goalies)
  • 1 hr scrimmage

1 ½ hrs dryland training (no weights):

  • 1 hr strength and cardio training in gym
  • ½ hr stretching and proper game preparation

                                     Location: On Ice! Goaltending School                    

When: March 12-16 2012

Drop off time: Between: 8:00am-8:30am

Pick up time: 4:00pm-4:30

Cost for the week (5days): $300.00 + GST

Cost for daily bookings: $75.00 + GST
Lunch and snacks not provided
